Returns & Refunds

1 Return Period

Customers may return eligible items within thirty (30) days of delivery, provided that the return meets all conditions set out in this policy.

2 Conditions for All Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

(a) unworn, unwashed and unused;

(b) free from damage, stains or odours (including deodorant, makeup or perfume);

(c) returned with all original tags, labels, hygiene stickers (where applicable) and packaging; and

(d) in a condition suitable for resale, as reasonably determined by Mode Golfer. 

3 Exclusions (Non-returnable Items)

The following items cannot be returned, except where required under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) or where the item is faulty:

(a) items marked as final sale or non-returnable at the time of purchase;

(b) hygiene-sensitive items (such as underwear or swimwear) where hygiene seals or protective packaging have been opened or removed;

(c) footwear that is not returned with its original branded shoebox, dust bags or protective packaging, or footwear that shows signs of wear (including marked soles); and

(d) any item that has been damaged, altered, washed or shows signs of use after delivery.

4 ChangeofMind Returns

(a) Customers are responsible for all costs associated with returning an item for change-of-mind reasons.

(b) A refund will only be issued once Mode Golfer has received the returned item and confirmed that it meets the requirements of this policy.

(c) Change-of-mind returns must be sent directly to Mode Golfer at the address provided during the return process.

5 Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

(a) If an item arrives faulty, damaged, not as described, or incorrect, customers should notify Mode Golfer as soon as reasonably practicable and provide supporting details, including clear photographs.

(b) Mode Golfer is the seller of record and is responsible for handling faulty, damaged or incorrect items and for providing remedies to customers in accordance with the ACL, including repair, replacement or refund, as applicable.

(c) Where a return is required, Mode Golfer will cover reasonable return shipping costs to the extent required under the ACL.

(d) If, following assessment, Mode Golfer reasonably determines that the item is not faulty, damaged or incorrect, the item may be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense, subject to the ACL.

6 How to Initiate a Return

(a) All return requests must be initiated through the Mode Golfer website using the return portal or the method instructed at the time of request.

(b) Once a return request is submitted, the customer will receive instructions including the Mode Golfer return address, any brand-specific requirements and any documentation that must accompany the item.

(c) All items must be returned directly to Mode Golfer. 

7 MultiProduct Orders

(a) Where an Order includes multiple items, Mode Golfer manages returns centrally, regardless of whether the items were supplied by different Brands.

(b) Returned items must be sent to Mode Golfer (or its nominated returns address) in accordance with this Returns Policy. Refunds or replacements will be assessed and processed by Mode Golfer in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law and this Policy.

8 Refund Processing

(a) Refunds are assessed and processed by Mode Golfer and, where approved, will be issued to your original payment method in accordance with this Returns Policy and the ACL, once Mode Golfer confirms that the returned item meets the requirements of this Returns Policy.

(b) Shipping and delivery charges are not refundable unless required under the ACL or where Mode Golfer confirms the item was faulty.

9 ACL

(a) Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the ACL.
