Giveaway Terms
These terms apply to giveaways and competitions run by Mode Golfer Pty Ltd (ACN 688 799 073), trading as MODE GOLFER (“MODE GOLFER”), unless otherwise stated in the relevant giveaway post.
Eligibility
Giveaways are open to residents of Australia and New Zealand aged 18 years or over, unless otherwise stated.
No purchase is necessary to enter.
Employees of MODE GOLFER and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
How to Enter
Entry requirements will be outlined in the relevant giveaway post.
Where multiple entries are permitted, each valid entry will count as a separate entry. Entries that are incomplete, automated, fraudulent or otherwise do not meet the stated entry requirements may be excluded.
Where sharing a post to Instagram Stories is offered as an additional entry, entrants with private accounts may be required to provide evidence of the share.
Promotion Period
The opening and closing date and time for each giveaway will be stated in the relevant giveaway post. Entries received after the stated closing time will not be accepted.
Prize
The prize and its value will be stated in the relevant giveaway post. Unless otherwise stated, prize values are expressed in Australian dollars (AUD). Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash. Where the prize is a MODE GOLFER gift card, the gift card may be used towards eligible products available at modegolfer.com and is subject to MODE GOLFER’s standard gift card terms and conditions.
Winner Selection
Unless otherwise stated, winners will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the promotion period. The winner will be contacted and/or announced by MODE GOLFER through @modegolfer or the contact method stated in the relevant giveaway post. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim their prize within 7 days of notification, MODE GOLFER may select another winner.
General
MODE GOLFER reserves the right to verify entries and entrant eligibility and to disqualify entries that do not comply with these terms or the requirements stated in the relevant giveaway post.
Each giveaway is subject to applicable laws and regulations in the jurisdictions in which it is conducted.
If circumstances outside MODE GOLFER’s reasonable control prevent a giveaway from proceeding as intended, MODE GOLFER may modify, suspend or cancel the giveaway to the extent permitted by law. Personal information collected in connection with a giveaway will be used to administer the promotion and handled in accordance with MODE GOLFER’s Privacy Policy.
Giveaways run by MODE GOLFER are not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram, Meta or any brand stocked by MODE GOLFER, unless expressly stated otherwise.
By entering a giveaway, entrants agree to these terms and any additional conditions stated in the relevant giveaway post.
